Readings look wrong. iPhone microphones vary between models. Noisometer is pre-calibrated, but readings are estimates and become unreliable above roughly 100 dB.
Location is not recorded. Location access is optional. Enable it in iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Noisometer.
